Nice tires!

Replaced the OE tires after 40,000 miles. They were Michelin Energy Savers, which were fine for dry roads but not the best on wet or snowy roads. These Pirellis make slightly more tread noise but have much better traction in all conditions. They are more stable in corners. These are slightly less efficient than the Michelins, which is expected given the increase in traction. Overall, a good tradeoff in my opinion. Would definitely buy again!

Plan on driving in the rain? Don't

They're okay in the dry, so long as you don't plan on any spirited driving in the slightest. But when it's wet out, forget about it. I barely put my foot down and I lose traction. I'm genuinely afraid of driving these in the rain because of how terrible they are

Not for the faint of heart

Fine for normal driving activities. However, I now fully understand what sidewall rigidity means, and how loose and imbalanced a decent sports car feels with weak sidewall tires. While I look forward to the next set, for now I will be careful zigging and zagging.
